DONNA DINOVELLI: NTI Playwriting Faculty; librettist and lyricist for opera and music theater including the record-breaking Little House on the Prairie with Rachel Portman (Guthrie Theater, National Tour) and Heart of a Soldier with Christopher Theofanidis for San Francisco Opera. Currently developing The Good Swimmer with Heidi Rodewald.  

JOSH RADNOR: NTI alum Spring 1995; nine seasons as Ted in CBS' How I Met Your Mother; writer, director, and star of the feature films Happythankyoumoreplease and Liberal Arts; Broadway credits include The Graduate opposite Kathleen Turner and Ayad Akhtar’s 2013 Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Disgraced opening this fall.   

With a singular schedule and an unmatched breadth of training, the NATIONAL THEATER INSTITUTE'S six semester-long programs offer students a springboard to the professional world at the two-time Tony Award-winning Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Founded in 1970, NTI's credit-earning theater intensives, taught by industry professionals and master teachers, train actors, singers, directors, dancers, designers, playwrights, and composers who are high school graduates, undergraduates, and post-graduates. Programs include the National Music Theater Institute (NMTI), Moscow Art Theatre Semester (MATS), National Theater Institute (NTI), Advanced Playwriting (NTI-AP), Advanced Directing (NTI-AD), and Theatermakers Summer Intensive (TM). The LPA is proud to offer free admission to programs on a first come, first served basis. Admission lines form one hour prior to each program in the lobby of 111 Amsterdam Ave.  At that time one ticket is provided per person.
